Refund Tickets

You can use this form to refund the tickets that you booked.

Ensure you have the email address and the booking ID of the booking that you would like to cancel.

Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. If your showtime has not passed, you may submit a refund request. Online ticket fees will not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank account.
